AromaSeal™

AromaSeal™ is a range of wet glue applied lining materials consisting of decorated aluminum foil. Two piece AromaSeal™ is made of a polymer bonded foam or board liner that separates when the cap is removed leaving the board or foam reseal liner in the closure and the foil sealed to the container. The foil laminate is easily gripped by its unique semi-circular tab allowing for an easy open feature and creating differentiation.

Available as a one piece without a secondary reseal liner, as well as a two piece sealing system which has a choice of a board or foam reseal. AromaSeal™ will ensure that the pack remains intact and the product remains ‘factory fresh’.

*AromaSeal™ is not suitable for wet products.

Dimensional Relationships: Closure and Innerseal

The closure must have sufficient means of retaining the lining material behind a retention bead while allowing the liner to rotate freely.

Retention bead required to securely hold liner in place.

Liner must have sufficient clearance to freely rotate.
