DELTASEAL™

DELTASEAL™ Induction Sealed Innerseal and Closure Liner

The DELTASEAL™ range of lining materials consist of an aluminum foil coated with a heat seal layer, polymer laminated to a white lined folding box board backing material. The polymer lamination eliminates the use of wax, creating a stable liner over a wider temperature range.

The lining material, when inserted into the closure, is applied to the container, and sealed by induction. In order for the DELTASEAL™ materials to function correctly, the closure must have sufficient means of retaining the liner material behind a retention bead while allowing the liner to rotate freely.

Upon removal of the closure, the DELTASEAL™ materials give an audible 'crack' during separation.  The materials separate to leave a clean attractive foil on the container and a secondary reseal liner or wad in the cap, ensuring no risk of debris contamination of the product.

The foil membrane provides excellent barrier resistance, and the foil seal protects the product form moisture and oxygen as well as showing evidence of pilfering or tampering.

DELTASEAL™ is available with wide range of custom print designs

*DELTASEAL™ is not suitable for wet products on glass.


Dimensional Relationships: Closure and Innerseal

The closure must have sufficient means of retaining the lining material behind a retention bead while allowing the liner to rotate freely.

Retention bead required to securely hold liner in place.

Liner must have sufficient clearance to freely rotate.
